What is a Direct Support Professional (DSP)?

DSP's are people who make a significant difference in the lives of individuals that have disabilities. Qualities frequently seen in DSP's are compassion, caring personalities, patience and a willingness to give and learn from a community that may be different from themselves. LCS has a variety of DSP positions, from short shifts to longer shifts, both full and part time.
